Mosto is a podcast about wine, beer, and the world of fermentation, aiming to approach the topic with the freshness of a novice, while still maintaining the depth that comes from balanced aging.

On one hand, there’s tradition and territory, heroic viticulture, and a return to the land. On the other, new trends, sustainability, and experimentation.
Striking a balance between the past and the future, throughout the various episodes of Mosto, we will chat over a good glass with producers, scholars, connoisseurs, and also “simple” enthusiasts of excellence.

So, it’s a podcast about wine, but not “the usual wine podcast”… ideally to be sipped in good company, with the background of a fitting sound pairing.
